This is an partial quote of what I say below after I found out just much lexus Cares.

As soon as a lexus is out of warranty there is nothing corporate lexus can do regarding forcing the dealership to tell the dealer how to treat a customer
or even tell them they have to work on the out of warranty cars.
and there is no way really for a dealer to loose there elite of lexus logo once they get it (its tenyear) wich is not out for the customer.
as much as the Lexus (LS) is a reliable car and should give you 500K miles once it out of warranty you are at the dealers mercy.
This is not what lexus is supposedly about, until now I didn’t relize as a lexus owner your only cared about if your In warranty IE you are buying a new car every few years.
In short as much as I love lexus besides being a reliable and great car.. once its out of warranty you are on your own regarding the lexus Dealer and how your treated or serviced.
As much as I don’t like ford or other brands at least I have 100s of dealers if one is bad I can go to another.
So when something goes wrong as it will you can go to one and if they do you wrong you can go to another.
That’s not the case with lexus, if you have limted dealer options. If you are like me you better kiss your Dealers Tussy.. (isn’t it supposed to be the other way)
Good Luck if you own a out of warranty lexus and be happy the dealer is servicing it. But as soon as there are problems you are SCREWED. Just my 2 cents.

Until recently every chance I had I was Recommending the Lexus Brand.
I was Told Many Times I was a walking Lexus Commercial!

I created this site after hearing many complaints and only having been Outright Disrespected on many levels.
After this site is update you will understand why this site was created.
I do want to point out I am a current customer and get service done to my car by them.
I have no problem with the service completed (at present time)

I'm not kidding when I say I will be asking Lexus of Japan for a 2011 RX450H AWD (Loaded) Including TTL)
at no cost instead of asking for Eskridge's Seppuku 切腹
(I doubt they will honor the request however I hope they realize how much they dishonored
me over and over Respect issues not actual work by the techs)
That's what makes it so sad.

To give you an Idea how important this is to me.
I'm extremely Busy with Family Medical, Recent Product Launch, And Running A Thriving Company.
I don't really have time for this.

I do hope Eskrige Lexus Of Oklahoma City doesn't Ban me or other reviewers as Customers (Service or Sales)
Rather I hope Frank and the Team listens our  Un-Flittered Opinions and see them as good for all, and not an attack.

Now Before we go any further This is a Must Read to understand Customer Service Lexus Expects of its Employees.

Customer Service: A Culture, Not a Department

By Len Brzozowski
Executive Director, Xavier Leadership Center

http://www.xavier.edu/xlc/about/Customer-Service-A-Culture,-Not-a-Department.cfm

As the iconic Nordstrom Inc prepares to open its newest store in Cincinnati’s Kenwood Towne Center It seemed logical to reflect on the essence of what makes great customer service.

For some companies, Customer Service is the name of a department where people answer the phone to respond to customer inquiries and complaints. What companies like Nordstroms, Disney, Zappos, Southwest Airlines, or even Ann Arbor’s cult producing Zingerman’s Deli understand is that for them, customer service is embedded in all aspects of their company culture and seen as a vital means of achieving strategic competitive advantage. As such, these companies screen, hire, train and reward based on people who understand and act in accordance with their deeply held customer service philosophy. For these companies, service is more an “act of faith”, than a response to a set of carefully crafted company policies or procedures.

For my 25th wedding anniversary, I took my bride on a trip to Maui where I made reservations at the Ritz Carleton at Kapalua. We left in a hurry for the airport that morning, and I did not bring my confirmation. When we arrived at the Ritz (somewhat tired from a long plane flight) I announced myself at the front desk. The clerk, after a few moments of looking at a computer screen, sheepishly informed me that there was no reservation in their system with my name. What’s more, they were completely booked. She was calm, reassuring, and immediately escorted my wife and me to some comfortable lounge chairs. She went back to
the front desk, and someone else appeared with a couple of glasses of fresh squeezed tropical fruit juice for us to sip.

My wife gave me one of those looks which was a cross between “I’m sure glad I wasn’t the one handling the reservations”, and “how could you have been so careless”. I was starting to get anxious. Before I knew it, a limousine appeared out front and our bags were being loaded. The clerk, after apologizing again, informed me that she was able to find us a room at the Hyatt at Kaanapali, and AGAIN expressed her apology for any error on their part (now the third time she apologized). It took about 30 min for the drive to the Hyatt. When we arrived, we were escorted to a beautiful suite (for which we were charged the same price as we would have paid for a room at Kapalua. Oh the table in front of the door was a basket of flowers with a card which had the note: “we again, sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. We know that a suite at the Hyatt cannot compare with the experience of staying at the Ritz Carleton, but we hope it in some small way makes up for our mistake”.

During the remainder of that week in Hawaii, we received at least three phone calls from the concierge at the Ritz offering to help us with golf, or dinner reservations on the island, and
inviting us to the luau on the Ritz property. I have since wondered what it cost for them to make these accommodations on my behalf, and what checks and balances were in place governing the actions of the front desk clerk. I can say that I did not speak to any manager, nor did the clerk seem to. She didn’t appear to be flipping through a policy manual of any kind. It seemed like what happened to my wife and me was just . . . well . . . “normal” for people visiting the Ritz.

Let’s get back to Nordstroms. In their book, The Nordstrom Way, authors Robert Spector and Patrick D. McCarthy talk about the magic behind the Nordstrom culture.

According to Spector, here are the key Learning Points, or LESSONS OF THE NORDSTROM
WAY. The following list of 8 Management Principles of what can be arguably called
America’s #1 Customer Service Company are:

1. Provide Your Customer With Choices
2. Create An Inviting Place for Your Customers
3. Hire Nice, Motivated People
4. Sell The Relationship: Service Your Customers Through The Products And Services You  Sell
5. Empower Employees To Take Ownership
6. Dump The Rules: Tear Down Barriers To Customer Service
7. Encourage Internal Competition
8. Commit 100% To Customer Service

Here is an interesting example of principle #5: For many years, new employees were given a copy of the famous Nordstrom's Employee Handbook – a single 5 x 8-inch gray card containing 75 words:

Welcome to Nordstrom
We're glad to have you with our Company.

Our number one goal is to provide outstanding customer service. Set both your personal and
professional goals high. We have great confidence in your ability to achieve them.

Nordstrom Rules: Rule #1: Use good judgment in all situations. There will be no additional rules.

Please feel free to ask your department manager, store manager, or division general manager any question at any time.

The idea here is that because Nordstrom doesn’t have many rules, employees don’t have to
worry about whether they are breaking any. The company values good judgment, and hires people who they believe are capable of demonstrating it.

This is analogous to what I experienced at Ritz Carleton. Nordstrom sales people are empowered to make decisions and Nordstrom management is willing to live with these decisions – it’s like dealing with a one-person shop. Empowered employees are energized. “Giving away responsibility and authority is the ultimate expression of leadership".

Here are some other elements of the Nordstrom culture as described by Spector and McCarthy.

  • Nordstrom’s culture encourages entrepreneurial, motivated men and women to make the extra effort to give customer service that is unequalled in American retailing. “not service like it used to be, but service that never was.”

  • Their system is embarrassingly simple “we out-service, not outsmart, the competition”.
The truth is “We can’t afford to boast. If we did, we might start to believe our own stories”.
“Our success is simply a matter of service, selection, fair pricing, hard work and plain luck!”
‘It was never that we were so great, it was just that everyone else was so bad.’ We know that at this moment, someone, somewhere is getting bad service at Nordstrom
When you stop worrying about the money and concentrate on serving the customer, the money will follow. (People who succeed in sales understand this paradox.)
Nordstrom boasts the highest sales per square foot performance in the retail industry – by almost double.
“The customer is always right” is not a cliché at Nordstrom.
Decision by consensus is how the Nordstrom brothers run their business. Disagreements are worked out behind closed doors and a united front isalways presented to the public.
When the company expands to other regions, it dispatches an advanced force of veteran "Nordies" who carry the culture with them and imports it to new employees.
Nordstrom never acquires other chains, because it is too difficult for those employees to break old habits
Nordstrom employees are instructed to always make a decision that favors the customer before the company. They are never criticized for doing too much for a customer; they are criticized for doing too little.
Nordstrom believes that too many rules, regulations, paper work, and strict channels of communication erode employee incentive.
Nordstrom is informally organized as an “inverted pyramid” with the top positions occupied by customers and sales people. Every tier of the pyramid supports the sales staff.
The unconditional money back guarantee is designed for the 98% of customers who are honest.
Employees have access to sales figures from all departments and stores in the chain, so they can compare their performances.
Outstanding sales performances are rewarded with prizes and praise, as are good ideas and suggestions.
Part of good customer service is (Store Design) creating “a memorable experience”: Store presentation must be understood immediately. Nordstrom states that it only takes 15 seconds to impress their customers. That's why Nordstrom has more seating, better lighting, larger fitting rooms, wider aisles, and a more residential feeling.
Nordstrom feels that the best training courses come from parents. Previous retail experience or a college degree has never been a prerequisite for succeeding at Nordstrom.
Nordstrom “hires the smile and trains the skill”. Nordstrom would rather hire nice people and teach them to sell, than hire sales people and teach them to be nice.
At Nordstrom, the priority is on Selling, and the key to successful selling is providing outstanding customer service.
If you treat customers like royalty and let them know that you will take care of them, they will usually come back to you.
When customers enter a department, sales people always make sure they are acknowledged. They are relaxed and unhurried in order to help the customer feel the same way.
At its best, Nordstrom never forgets that it doesn’t have all the answers. They know that the customers have all the information that they need, and that sales people are the most valuable people in the company!
The underlying Nordstrom culture and philosophy is not difficult to pass on to the next generation because it’s simple: “Give Great Customer Service.”

Whatever your line of business, treating others (including fellow employees) with an unparalleled level of respect and service can be your best secret competitive weapon.
How hard is it to do? It is intellectually simple. Ari Weinzweig, co-owner of Zingerman’s puts it this way: “We [the organizational leaders] are the cap on service quality. Our employees will NEVER consistently deliver better service quality than what they see us deliver to customers and also what they see us deliver to them”. Lead by example. It can be catchy.

For me to Create Lexus-Reviews, LLC and these Sites while I'm running my company, Recently Launched another company and Patent Pending Product Launch (that Designed and hand build each one (Circuit Board and all yes I engineered the PCB and entire Device) and Deal with my Moms Medical, Shows how Insulted, Disrespected 不遜 I am. (My friends that have seen this even see how hurt I am as normally when I'm just Upset I swear More than normal (yes I speak worse than a sailor) and to see me not swearing says to them I'm hurt and trying to get my feelings across to fix it.
I Want to LOVE LEXUS Again. But its so hard.
Honestly This is how I feel> 不遜
imagine coming home to find your spouse in your bedroom with another person only to say ill be out in a minute wait. or even closer to what Lexus did to me. ignore me and pretend I'm not even there. How would you feel >That's how I feel.

To give you a bit of history and why I Fell in Love with Lexus.
Those whom know me know I don't spend money frivarisless and seek Value in what I purchase. |

I was approached with the option of buying a 1992 Lexus LS400 From a business Rep from one of my vendors.
At the time I knew Nothing about Lexus or much about Toyota for that matter,
I had decided to do a quick search on Google and found Wikepida's Page for the LS400  and   Wikepida's Page for Lexus

After reading it several times just to be amazed at what went into it.  I did another search to see what the current owners are saying,
As however good it was then its longevity can only be proven by looking at current LS400's on the road.

The 92 LS400 in my opinion is quieter than 99% of Domestic Cars and its features and quality still surpass mode cars produced.
The Toyota Camry Had just started having the same panel gaps as the 89, That says it has today's Technologies Yesterday. YA Lexus

I did consider the fact the vehicle would need a bit of maintenance, after holding up for being 17 Years old and the suspension, etc needs a bit of work
As any vehicle would, However with its past and current reviews I found age to be irrelevant as its features still surpass most new cars today.
and unlike other vehicles every thing else about the vehicle should last well past 500,000 Miles

As we all know the 92 LS400 was eligible for the cash for clunkers deal and I could have picked up a New Hyundai for under 6 Grand However the LS was quieter Had more features and was a more comfortable ride Even with 18 year old shocks.

A brief background of what I found. (and you will see why I decided to score the LS400) (bit of a read but worth it)
Below is a direct Copy from wikipedia
In August 1983, Toyota chairman Eiji Toyoda initiated the F1 project ("Flagship" and "No. 1 vehicle"; alternatively called the "Circle-F" project), a clandestine effort aimed at producing a world-class luxury sedan for international markets.[1][2] The F1 development effort did not have a specific budget or time constraints, and the resulting vehicle did not utilize existing Toyota platforms or parts.[3][4] Instead, chief engineer Ichiro Suzuki sought to develop an all-new design, aiming to surpass rival American and European flagship sedans in specific target areas, including aerodynamics, cabin quietness, overall top speed, and fuel efficiency.[5] During development, 3,900 F1 personnel built approximately 450 flagship prototypes and 900 engine prototypes[6] and logged 2.7 million kilometres of testing on locations ranging from winter Europe roadways; deserts in Arizona, Australia, and Saudi Arabia; to U.S. highways and wilderness areas.[7][8]

An early Lexus LS design sketch.

In late 1985, designers presented the first exterior study models to F1 management, featuring a sports car-like design with a low-slung hood and narrow front profile.[9] By 1986, the sedan used a three box design with an upright stance, more prominent grille, and a two-tone body.[9] Extensive modeling and wind tunnel tests resulted in a low drag coefficient for a conventional production vehicle of the time (Cd 0.29).[10] For the passenger cabin, materials selection tests evaluated 24 different kinds of wood and multiple types of leather for two years before settling on specific trim combinations.[11] By 1986, the Lexus marque was created to support the launch of the flagship sedan,[12] and the vehicle became known as the Lexus LS.[7] Following eight design reviews, subsequent revisions, and over US$1 billion in development expenses, the final design for the production Lexus LS 400 (chassis code UCF10) was approved in 1987.[6]

In January 1989, the LS 400 made its debut as a 1990 model at the North American International Auto Show, in Detroit, Michigan.[13] U.S. sales began in September 1989, followed by limited exports to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.[14] The LS 400's new 4.0 liter 1UZ-FE 32-valve V8 engine, capable of 190 kilowatts (250 hp) and 353 newton metres (260 ft·lbf) of torque,[15] linked to a new four-speed automatic transmission with electronically controlled shifts.[16] The chassis used an independent, double-wishbone suspension setup,[17] and an air suspension system was optional.[18] The LS 400's 0–100 kilometres per hour (62 mph) time was 8.5 seconds, and its top speed was 250 kilometres per hour (160 mph).[19] Compared to the rival target BMW 735i (E32) and Mercedes-Benz 420 SE (W126), the LS 400 had a quieter cabin, with 58 dB at 100 kilometres per hour (62 mph); a higher top speed; a lower drag coefficient and curb weight; and it avoided the U.S. gas-guzzler tax.[20][21][22]

The LS 400 was among the first luxury sedans to feature an automatic tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel with SRS airbag, power adjustable shoulder seat belts, and an electrochromic rear-view mirror.[23][24] The five-passenger cabin included California walnut and leather trim, power-adjustable seats, and soft-touch controls. A back-lit electroluminescent gauge cluster featured a holographic visual effect, with indicator lights projected onto the instrument panel.[23][25] The memory system stored the driver's seat, side mirror, steering wheel, and seat belt positions. Available luxury options included a Nakamichi premium sound system and an integrated cellular telephone with hands-free capabilities.[16][26][27] The LS 400 further contained some 300 technological innovations to aid smooth operation and silence,[16] including fluid-damped cabin fixtures,[28] vibration-insulating rubber mounts,[29] airflow fairings,[30] and sandwich steel body panels.[29]

In Japan, the launch of Lexus was complicated by Toyota's existing five domestic dealership networks,[31] several of which sold Japan-only luxury models, including the Toyota Crown and Toyota Crown Majesta.[32] During the LS 400's development, local dealers' requests for a Japanese domestic market version had grown,[9] and a right-hand-drive Toyota Celsior-badged version was introduced shortly after the LS 400's U.S. debut.[33] The Celsior, named after the Latin word for "supreme", was largely identical to the LS.[33] Models came in either basic "A", upgraded suspension "B", or fully equipped "C" trim specifications,[34] and were sold at dealerships which also carried Japan-only Toyota luxury models.[32]

Adding incentive for early U.S. sales was a base price of US$35,000, which undercut competitors by thousands of dollars[35] and brought accusations of selling below cost from rival BMW.[16] In December 1989, shortly after the LS 400's launch, Lexus ordered a voluntary recall of the 8,000 vehicles sold so far, based upon two customer complaints over defective wiring and an overheated brake light. All vehicles were serviced within 20 days, and the incident helped establish Lexus' customer service reputation.[16][36][37] By 1990, U.S. sales of the LS 400 had surpassed those of competing Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Jaguar models.[38] Production of the first-generation LS 400 totaled over 165,000 units.[39] Years after its introduction, the LS 400 remained a reliable choice for a used car, making Consumer Reports' 2007 list of recommended vehicles that regularly last 320,000 km (200,000 mi) or more with proper maintenance.[40]

Manufacturing (WOW)

The Lexus LS has been consistently produced on dedicated Lexus assembly lines at Toyota's flagship Tahara factory,[116] located in the city of Tahara, in Aichi Prefecture, Chūbu region, southwest of Nagoya, since 1989.[82][117] Tahara remains the sole production site, having inaugurated its new line number four specifically for assembly of the original LS 400.[118]

For the Lexus LS, the Tahara plant developed new molds and enhanced assembly techniques[119][120] and instituted measures aimed at increasing the precision of the sedan's fit and finish.[13] The 1989 LS 400 became the first production automobile to receive extensive laser welding,[119][121] allowing for seamless steel welds.[120] A large sheet metal press was developed to reduce or eliminate panel gaps by stamping large sections whole instead of singly.[120] Separately installed parts, such as exterior lights, were also spring loaded for a tighter fit.[121] On the LS 400, engineers reduced door panel gaps in half versus Toyota-brand vehicles, from 7 mm (0.28 in) to 4 mm (0.16 in),[120] with measurements made within 0.01 millimetres (0.00039 in);[60] on the LS 430, measurement margins were increased tenfold, to 0.001 mm (3.9×10−5 in).[60][122] When production switched to the LS 460, the number of laser welds was doubled.[123]

Despite Tahara's large-scale automation, Lexus LS production also involves specialized personnel who are tasked with key production points, such as testing each vehicle's V8 engine via dynamometer and stethoscope for calibration before installation.[82][124] With the LS 460, a hand-sanded paint process was introduced.[82] The production standards used on the Lexus LS were eventually adopted by the manufacturer for other vehicles; in 2007, the assembly of Toyota Corolla economy cars used the same panel gap measurements as the LS 400 did eighteen years earlier.[125]

The Lexus LS marked the first successful entrant of a Japanese manufacturer into the prestige luxury arena,[38] a market that had long been dominated by established European and American brands. By 1991, with the LS 400 its top-selling model,[126] Lexus had overtaken Mercedes-Benz and BMW in overall U.S. sales,[127] and in 2000, the marque passed Cadillac as the luxury sales leader in the largest automotive market.[128] Rival manufacturers responded with lower prices and added features.[129] In particular, Mercedes-Benz reorganized its operations, shifting to a targeted-cost process similar to Lexus production methods,[130] and dropped competing U.S. base prices by nearly 10%.[131] To rival the LS 400,[132] extra features were rushed for the launch of the 1991 Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W140),[130][133] causing budget overruns and costing the job of Daimler-Benz's chief engineer, Wolfgang Peter.[132] Approximately 5% of 1989 LS 400 sales went to buyers employed by rival manufacturers, including GM, Ford, and Chrysler.[126] When the LS 400 was disassembled for engineering analysis, Cadillac engineers concluded that the vehicle could not be built using existing GM methods.[134] Industry publications noted the LS 400's precise panel gaps, and the subject became a common evaluation standard in road tests.[132] The LS 430's interior noise level was later used as a measure of cabin quiet.[135]

According to industry observers, the introduction of the Lexus LS reshaped Toyota's image from that of an "econobox" manufacturer to the builder of an automotive standard bearer.[136][137] This stood in contrast to the predictions of early detractors, including rival manufacturers who dismissed Toyota as incapable of producing a competitive luxury vehicle.[137] Japanese contemporaries from the luxury divisions of Honda (Acura) and Nissan (Infiniti) had differing degrees of success.[138] Honda had entered into a joint venture with Britain's Austin Rover Group in November 1981, launching Project XX with an Austin Rover–Honda XX letter of intent to replace the Rover SD1 with the Rover 800 and to provide a midsize, V6-powered luxury sedan for Honda, called the Honda Legend.[139] Marketed as the Acura Legend in the U.S., the sedan initially sold well, but subsequent models (renamed Acura RL) performed below sales expectations.[140][141] Launched by Nissan in December 1989, the V8-powered Infiniti Q45 closely rivaled the LS 400 in specifications and price,[142] but was unsuccessful in sales (attributed to unconventional styling and marketing), leading to its discontinuation in 2006.[143] The success of the Lexus LS became a test case for mainstream manufacturers targeting upscale segments. By investing in a separate marque, Toyota was able to avoid the stigma attached to a mass-market brand's charging premium prices.[144] The effect of the LS 400 on the automotive industry led Automobile Magazine to add the sedan to its "24 Most Important Vehicles of the 20th Century" list in 1996.[145]

My Current Favorite Lexus Models In order Favorite first

2011 RX450H AWD (I had the opportunity to drive a 08, 09, 10 all within days and fell in love with the 2010 RX (It drives like a car) (had for a Month)
I didnt like the 08, 09

Before any one try's to ban me from receiving a loaner for speeding, I was taken out in a 2010 ISF by a Eskridge Employee and hit a speed of 140+MPH (I'm not ever going to say who) (the ride made me want the ISF however after saying quote one (I never got that quote) I relized again it didnt have front cooled seets. 50k no fronts seats no way.

After you read my review of Eskride Lexus you will see why I say that.
Photo Was Taken with a PDA Camera So it shows how smooth of a ride it has.
(take a look at the IS photos Same Road Same spot Couldn't hold steady enough, I actually felt safer in the RX over the IS at speed or in some turns.)

1992+, LS400 Series (earlier Models are Extremely Nice)

2011 IS250 (as a fun Car for short hops) (had a 2009 for a Month)

I also want to point out I suffer From Ulcerative Colitis for the Past 18 Years.
(Very Similar to Chorns Disease) If you know one with either you know how bad it is!
I can not handle extra Stress It Flairs it up to the point of ER Visits and not fun issues.
I should just walk away from Lexus and never look back just to subdue my UC from this stress.
My ADHD doesn't help the mater in regards to the problems below and my UC> it just compounds any stress already there as I'm constantly thinking about it.

Also I had worked for a 300 year old Japanese Company Well 2 Japanese Companies teamed up, in the US and actually learned a bit about Honor and Kaizen 改善,
I Don't think Eskridge has Experienced it.
It was funny but sad if I ever told my Japanese Superiors something would be done today they would say Japanese 100% or American 100% and if I said Japanese it was done before the end of the day if I said American they knew not to expect it till the next day or so. (not racist towards Americans in any way but we have a different value system when it comes to what we say we are going to do or have done. They are big on respect as I learned and expect and give.

Side Note I have Asked 4 People at Eskridge to score me a Lexus Polo (high-end) and I offered to pay and I have yet to get to be able to buy one from them.

My Review of Eskridge Lexus:  UPDATE: 01/05/2010 The rabit hole just got Deeper and more screwy yet a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel..

It all starts back when I purchased the 1992 LS400,
I decided to start the 20 Year maintenance immediately.

I first took it in to a Toyota Dealer for the AC to be Checked and Topped off if needed, They Over filled my System and popped the lines, I had to just about sue them for them to admit they made a mistake and they would compensate me for the damages to be repaired by another dealer.

Needless to say I thought I was saving a bit of money going to Toyota to have my Lexus Serviced, and found that's not what one should do infact if you have Lexus service your vehicle you actually can come out ahead vs taking it to another shop that doesn't know the insides and outs of your car (most Lexus employees own Lexus's) (This is general statement obviously I'm having problems getting service completed as you will read below)

So I called Lexus Up for service and Talked to Mack Mckinney, I told him I was a Finicky customer and wanted to deal with people who knew and loved my car as much as me (yes I fell in love with it immediately) and he stated no problem that's us.

08/04/09 I brought it in and had  Steering Rack, Brake Flush, and the AC System Fixed at a cost of $2,363.16
08/25/09 I had the Rear Main Seal, Front Trans Seal, Rear Knuckle Bushings, Alignment for a cost of $2,237.58
For a total spent in 21 days of $4,600.74 and I had informed them I'm not done the care is going to be fully restored. Inside and out, I figured another $5,000+ to be spent within the next few months. (if I take to long to get something done it wont ever get done (joys of ADHD)
As part of the 20 Year Maintenance and fix the AC that Toyota Broke.
they had my car for 2+ Months. (I was and still have no problem with them taking there time it just helps push me into buying a new RX & IS - RX First)
I still have the vibration never corrected figured out. I just brought it in again for that (Details below)
No problems Yet.

from then to 09/20/2010 I had been trying to get a hold of Mack and Service Dept Via Tel and Email and TXT for more service and Even Tried to buy a 2010 RX450H AWD Loaded, and was continually IGNORED.

Finally I showed up on 09/20/10 I text Mack saying I'm coming in to drop my car off to check the Alignment, And as soon as I got there the problems start, I'm told instantly I cant have a Lexus Loaner that they can put me in a Toyota Highlander "tom I know its a piece but Wes said that's all they could give me, I was justifiably upset why I had done nothing Wrong with there Loaner Cars, Infact all there other loaner cars from the last repair (4+ where washed and hand detailed inside and out by me)
It wasn't until after I had talked to Frank Eskridge (at the time I didn't know who he was or his name) and they had given me every excuse under the sun as to why no loaner for Tom,
From
1. We have no loaners available. (20+ where in the bay)
2. Tom you had our loaners last time for 2+ months What you had my car My car and every time you called me to switch me into a new loaner I was there the next day, so no way are u pinning that on me.
4. Tom you didn't call us back when we called you, What yes I did and its not like the one day is hurting you vs keeping my car 2+ months I think an extra day to plan to get there swap cars etc check it out and go back to running a company is a bit hard.
3. Tom you smoke in them. Duh any Lexus owner that smokes WILL Smoke in the loaner (again I detail them that's Bogus excuse)

(edit when I remember them ill ad them)
Yups threes More That's how sad it was, they couldn't just admit they didn't want my business instead it was a marry go round.
(even got a few different ones when Finally just got back in 12/28/2010

The funny thing is they had some good reasons they could have used. Examples. and what I would have said.
Tom you Put on 6,000 miles in a month on our loaners can ya go easy. Ya I guess so but I drive that any ways but I will try.
(edit when I remember them ill ad them)

what forced me to just txt and then show up, (they had not known about this part until we got it settled they would look at the car and give me a loaner RX350)
I was informed by my Tire Shop my Toyo Proxy 4's had uneven Tread where from a Bad alignment. I asked them could I have hit a curb or pothole to cause this there response "No both tires are tilted out the same so its from something wrong with alignment other than being out of wack from any impact. (They said I would have had to hit a special Curb designed to make a even strike on both tires..etc)

They kept saying it was Bad Tires and they wear fast, I agree on the point they where fast but not in the matching unevenness that we are seeing on my from tires (especial vs. the back that are evenly wore.
They do fix the alignment at not cost but don't say why its out of whack.
Which is the same thing that is causing my shake and Clank noise I keep trying to get fixed and get nowhere (if the problem isn't facing them they don't want to dig)
(I just got the alignment data slip 12/28/2010 and haven't looked at it yet) but I know it was out of wack from the tire wear pattern

Photos Showing it.

Front Driver
You can see the wear pattern is not even its on the edge meaning not bad tires like they said.
(even if they passenger front tire was perfect they kept saying the wear was tires fault not alignments fault. what would it have hurt to be honest.

Tires do not wear like this if alignment is correct.

Front Passenger                                                                                        Front Driver
As you can see the outer edges are worn and the inner edges are Still good
Should have demanded Tires to be replaced. (as it clearly shows bad alignment)
Passenger side was about splitting but not as bad as driver (few more days would have been the same that's how close two tires are evenly out of alignment

Rear Tire Shows Smooth Even Wear

I discussed with them the fact I'm feeling Ignored, Disrespected and Outright Insulted, over this mess that has Just Started.
IE all the emails, TEXTS, Calls to get my car in for service and the attempt to buy a new RX450H WITH CASH

Frank seemed separate from it. like nice but wanted nothing to do with it. hard to get them to admit to any thing, nor apologize for how I felt just moved on.
No mind you have not complained to get compensated for scratches on my Cars bumper that weren't there when I brought it in. Not a big deal It will be buffed out on the next buffing. Let it slide which is RARE For me. Obviously as you can tell by reading this.

So in 10/2012 my drivers door lock mechanism broke.
I Txt Mack and said I'm coming in and I need a loaner etc.
I got in No problem got a HS250 Loaner and went on my way (dun really like that car Kind of cool but really not comfy after little bit in it As a 6'3" Driver
$600.00 and a week or so later I got my car back.
I was supposed to get a car wash, Was told it got a wash (no it did not) Lying is a Big No its not the fact they didn't wash it (well in a way because that shows lack of service) But rather I have Been Lied to yet again > from the BS about loaners to the alignment not being out of wack (supposedly bad tires) to ignored when trying to get service to BUYING THE RX450H
I found a Ding in the door that had NEVER been there Before (did I complain No way I already had other problems and it could be fixed simply enough)

then on Dec 7th I text Mack to say I need service that I think my ball joints are falling off due to the service report I got last time that stated 5 years ago ball joints where recommended to be replaced but was denied and my shake and Clunking was getting worse Bad worse.
I hadn't heard any thing back so again on dec 17 same txt.
I got a txt back from Mack saying he quit and basically burnt out etc. so I scheduled service online and said in the online thingy. and in person
"car is over 10 years. per your think 10% discount please I love Lexus. but have hard time servicing. I am a picky but Extremely loyal customer. I will be there about 9:20 I have my mom going in for major surgery this AM but need to get car fixed. Both important things to me are broken and need fixing and TLC I guess Mack is gone. but lonaer options NO ES models IS, or RX (2010) I'm so looking forward to my new RX450H"
when Dropped the car off I reiterated this statement.
I forgot what day but since I hadn't heard from Mack and I was Upset about this mess I called Lexus Corporate Customer Relations, and I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. (I'm still waiting for that contact)
(side note I heard from Mack they got my complaint but Lexus Corporate did nothing nor did any one call me to tell me they got it and are just ignoring it.

at 5:45 that day apparently they called and left a VM. and a email.
I didn't see either until around noon the next day and I was still dealing with my mom just after surgery and everything else in life.
at 230 when I'm walking out the door, and about to call them to discuss the estimate they gave me I get a email saying
"PLEASE REPLAY, I NEED AUTH FOR REPAIRS OR YOU TO PICK YOUR VEHICLE UP.
THE LOANER IS NOT A LOANER ANYMORE, IT'S A RENTAL AT $65.00 PER DAY. THANK YOU"
Yes all in caps
instantly I was so insulted and pissed it wasn't even funny. What they can typically keep my car for weeks to months and I'm supposed to jump when they call me. especially when they know my situation and I thought I couldn't spell darn.. you send something that harsh and rude you better spell check it.

I instantly call the dealer trying to get the Guy in the middle office that I had talked to before with Mack (found out later its frank Eskridge), as Mack is gone I didn't know his name I guess they didn't think I had really talked to him before they transferred me to Dale who informed me they brought Mack back (YA!!!) and I explained my situation, I then decided I'm going up there I'm so upset I need to be face to face to remain calm (I was so hurt I was crying over the disrespect, ignoring, lies etc I have gotten from them in the past and the current email)
I got up there talked to Mack, then Mack and dale then dale then Mack then Mack and frank. and at the end told them I'm keeping there car for another day just cause I was so insulted They said no problem. (I didn't fix any thing actually felt so uncomfortable in there car that night and next day, like really uncomfy and teary every time I thought about what had happened)
again I got the impression frank was just listening but didn't want any part of it nor did he apologize or say what's upsetting you from start to finish lets resolve this or at least BS me into thinking they really care.
(From few sources there service dept is not liked from even within the company, just what I took from my talks with people and the fact Mack left service dept as he has been there basically 8 years that says something to quit a dept only to be hired by another says they know he is good and there was a problem.
what was resolved was after I do my brakes frank authorized another alignment at no charge and then it needs a full diagnoses to find the issue that caused it to go out of wack and see if its the same as the clanks and shake the car has.
mind you this does not fix the disrespect, lies, ignoring etc but does help correct the alignment problem that they should have found when it first came in.not just fix the symptoms.
aswell I asked for a free oil change to compensate for the lack of car washes I should have gotten even before the mess about the lies on recent supposed car washes.
Note that does not fix the honor disrespect lies just a band aid.

So when I Pick up my car they say again we washed it for you.
I get to the Car and yes it had rained that day however they say they washed it before the rain (said morning wash) and it had bird crap on it from when I brought it in on many sides (one spot on the hood and side window happened before I brought it in and I was driving both times so I know where it landed and would have been washed off by the wash. also I noticed where the windshield wiper marks are (Photos below) showing the car had not been washed since the last time those where on > (funny thing is the windshield wiper fuse had been taken out right before it came in not cause them but another reason) so they cant say they used the wipers
car was obviously not washed (Lied to yet again LIES are HUGE TO ME)

Note on pics below, pics taken day after got car back but car was parked under car port so it did not get wet again..etc.
(if they say this is washed then we gots Real problems)
you can also see the ding they put in the door that's small but So noticeable. I didn't want to complain about it as I figured it would turn the
small fire (issue) we have into a forest fire.

also every time they get the car they blow my cluster fuse. I have asked them not to but every time they do it, eventually they are going to blow my cluster.
It blows if you put it in lower than D we haven't gotten to that part of the repairs yet. Obv the body/mechanical needs it first before cosmetic.
I haven't blown that fuse but 3 times since getting the car and that's when I got in in a hurry and putt in in lower than 2.

so on monday 01 0 2011 (proof if this is below like above but deeper and scarier)
I get in the car last to come back and start the car and get a squal and uh as im driving home its getting worse and at slow rpms at the stoplight I can hear it a little bit so im thinking a bearing is going out im like F-ck a pully is going out on me

And then I go and what u call it I go and uhm drive more and I get into my sub div and I decided to come in the back cause a red light and I could take the the back way cause its faster and every time I slow down or turn it squeild like it was out of power sterring but and also the rpm would bog down a little bit like there is a bearing is going and the pulley is failing and its putting strain on the engine. And u know its either ps pump or pulley

I schedule the appt online and request loaner car when i get home cause my mom has a dr appt to get here staples removed from her
femoral bypass surgery she had last week (and i had appts in the am for work).

I get a Voicmail 01 06 2011 (below is voicmail)  saying i didnt schedual loaner but state in text i need one. and they didnt have any..

I said in appt schedualer... and clicked loaner neneded (see appt email from them showing it tow)

I havew a National Sales Rep for one of the mfrs i rep coming in for sales visits in the morning (1st customer we

have to be there 8am Last customer schedualed for 11:30 so i will have him drive us to them and then i have my
mom that needs to get the dr to get the staples out from last weeks surgury. and i cant have the car failing during
that trip out there or on the way back so i have to come in before then.
I will either be there at 12pm or 2 pm.

So i call Dale ASAP.. that call is below in text format back to sqaure one with loaner.

Now mind you my mom missed her DR appt because of eskridge.

To be honest i need a day or two to finish this, i am so burnt out on this mess..

 Thursday 01/06/2011
I talked to lexus customer service Department at Lexus Corporate USA>
I couldn’t beleaive what I was hearing on the phone.. It was short and simple.
as soon as a lexus is out of warranty there is nothing corporate lexus can do regarding forcing the dealership to tell the dealer how to treat a customer or even tell them they have to work on the out of warranty cars. That’s fine I guess when there are other lexus dealers within a 1.5 hour drive like almost every other state however in OK we have 2 dealers and there 2.2 ish hours apart.

and there is no way really for a dealer to loose there elite of lexus logo once they get it (its tenyear) wich is not out for the customer.

below is an unfiltered personal Opinion. Like above but Im reiterating
as much as the Lexus (LS) is a reliable car and should give you 500K miles once it out of warranty you are at the dealers mercy.

This is not what lexus is suposdely about, until now I didn’t relize as a lexus owner your only cared about if your In warranty IE you are buying a new car every few years.

Below is all communication have found for the moment. from start (top) to now (bottom)

To be honest i need a day or two to finish this, i am so burnt out on this mess..

Did you get a chance to drive the car? and feel the rattle.. its new.. or something just broke..
also front seat can ya look at it again i don't think i explained it well its not the bottom track i gots issue with its the
Back if you swing the seat forward while sitting in it you can feel the left side continues to go forward and the right
stays. but that's only from a certain point on.. like the gear is slipping out.. (from the chart/parts its all avail
separately.. can ya check for me if not to much trouble. (don't think im wasting time i just have the time to think about
what i wanted to cover with you while writing this as you can tell from the legnth LOL
Did ya ever find out what caused it to short my cluster whenever put in lower than D
question (main reason im not showin up in the morning Besides being Busy) but mainly i didn't hear ya say the Valve
Cover gasket work was done.. so i think i forgot to confirm i wanted but that's ok cause i wanted to be 100% clear
on cost/ what i get out of it LOL..
1. Can you confirm Cost? (parts/Labor) i know you said 400 somtin but it seems low for all ( i feel stupid asking
again but everything else has been going to good for there not to be a hiccup)
2. what i get IE
(Gasket, cylinder head cover = 11213-50021 (qty 2)

Washer, seal = 90210-07001 (qty 16)

now or order a full set from sewell or can yall match there prices ( i know your working on discounts for me and i
greatly appreciat it, while im going to be restoring the car to factory condition i don't want to pay retail as im buying
bulk items/service hours so they are still making good money off me on allot not just one or two things)

can you do this while doing the valve cover (if so how much more or total for both)
this can be done easily and safely (i seen it done i just figure you can if you want for reasonable) (my GPa has
touted this method for restoring some Classics as it doesn't Violate the original Head Gasket and allows people/Me
to say engine never torn open past valve cover (that's huge, ya know) ANd it save BUCKO TIME that would be
wasted..
http://www.lextreme.com/valve_seals.html
oh here's the LCD panel im DIY if you ever do yours ill solder it for FREE>PAY IT FORWARD) *even though im
good i don't guarantee i don't break it Just gotta say that part.
http://www.lextreme.com/lcdtech.html
Dumb Q, Is this what u did for knuckle. ? i keep coming back to this on each side not like one in the middle..
http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/suspension/rcabushings.html
What else after having it would you say needs done. .(not for now but so i can plan for another few large jobs IE
Susp, All Ruber bushing parts i cant do easily myself. or can be done with susp I'm not kiddin all that old rubber stuff
is going soon>>?
K i have more but if i don't crash now i wont be good for the morning..
Hows the plants doing for ya.. ?

Ok, sorry for the delay!
You are correct, we did not replace valve cover gaskets. They are not leaking very badly right now, mostly seepage.
but the following will give you an idea of the cost to do everything you mentioned. The original price I gave you only
included VC gaskets, Labor to replace, and adjust valves if needed.
VC gaskets, throttle body gasket, washer seals, pcv valve, pcv grommet, pcv hose, pcv vent hose, plug wires, spark
plug tube seals, spark plugs, dipstick tube o-ring,
parts total: 616.17
Labor total: 825.00
Valve adjust shims are 9.20/ea, so if any are needed, that would be added.
I couldn't go to the websites you included b/c of restrictions on our computer system. Sorry bout that.

greetings bail I was sending this text over to be back in my phone for those too long so I'm sending it to you
I asked him in the text to let you read it as I wanted you both to understand or feed I don't know man
hey mack can you ask them again if they washed my car
if they say yes tell them they did not watch it
if they say no we did not wash it why did they lie to you yesterday telling you they did.
respect honor trust is the only thing that we actually have in this world it means more than money to most people.
dude that's my only real problem with lexus is the respect I'm not getting in the truth I'm never getting
please let dale see this I don't have this email on me or his cellphone number to be texting him the stuff
then think about it though the only thing that we have a major publicist is they don't treat with respect to treat me like
a valued customer
I have to fight just to get the base respect it's not what I want in a brand I support the way I support lexus
I'm really sorry to keep bothering you I know it's not your job more I don't have any will if I can vent to that cares
enough to listen to the customer like you do
anyway let me know you got these texts including the car wash 1
I think about it man I don't complain about the service it has been perform in the car with baited the rear main seal
the front transmission seal great job
or the steering rack they replace that fine too
or the rear knuckle bushings been replaced that's fine too
or the 600 dollar door lock assembly that was perfect to
in short I had what 5000 dollars worth of repairs done in the past 18 months and I've not Complained once about
anyone of the service jobs
my complaints of the lack respect the lack of communication the everything else problems I'm having
which doesn't make sense to me because eskridge number 1 bottle is treat the customer if you would at home not
disrespect them way Lexus has done me

correct. (PS mack tried to get a hold of ya to service my LS, Been a champ and keeps slipping my mind, sometime
in next few month its coming in for some more 20 year maintenance shes is gonna go for 500K)
Ron,
To the below vehicle, if i liked the 2010 FWD Rx350 would i be happier with AWD if i want stability in turns Etc. and
within that would i like the hybrid. IE its not like a Toyota hybrid that shuts down engine at every stop. I know nothing
about the hybrid crap
How long would it take to get this puppy in .and any thing im missing that would have to be chosen now to be be
factory (i don't know what hidden options are out there)
Whats the lowest yall take on cash (check or whtvr. Do you take cash? LOL)
Ron, Don't assume i be a stroker.. (never heard from ya on those LOUD Lexus Shirts)
I will say Honestly i have been Day Dreaming more about the RX recently but its hard to justify 50K, as much as i
want it i love the 92 ls400 and it doesn't cost me any thing. seriously to drop 50k plus a $120 per month increase in
insurance its all about Wanting the RX more than Needing it. The wants there im just super cheap. (will say if i didn't
have such a nice long Loaner last summer i wouldn't even be considering it Bout fell in love, Mack few more weeks
woulda bought it then. LOL)
dont count your chickens yet though, Its really 50/50
so price and lead time this please.(im trying to avoid shopping around aswell as some incentive to not just wait a bit
and buy used and save my tush 15K
Give me the run down. what you want, taxes etc. walk out the door.

hey boys can you guys reply back to me about the car wash
my problem is not affected did not wash the car again
but rather then I was lied to yet again.
I'm giving them a chance to admit they didn't.
I think I'll bring the car and you can see it
the car was not washed the bird #### still there from weeks ago
I'm so sick of being lied to
you haven't lied to me
I don't think mack is lying to me I hope not
but I don't know what is going on
I'm not gonna flash money or flash other crap to get you know stuff done right just should be done right in the getgo
I don't have time to be doing with this kinda felt insulted and disrespected but eskridge lexus
as a dealer this is unacceptable behavior
man I bring your cars back cleaner than I get'em every car I got from you been detailed inside and outside by me I
haven't even washed and details my car as many times as I have done your cars in the past 2 years
I bring your cars back with full tanks a gas with 91 premium gas in them
I'm sorry I'm just still upset from wes told me I can't get a lexus loaner car and I have to get a toyota highlander
after what I spent 5000 dollars in there is no reason that I shouldt get a loaner car
they pulled 50,000,000 different excuses out as to why I couldn't get a loaner car from we don't have any loaner
cars when is 20 cars in the bay
to all time let's do when you had our cars you headin for 2 months in you never called back are you at during that 2
months you guys its want me out of might look different loaner cars for different loaner cars that you guys had
requested not me meaning 2 months you guys were swapping the cars so I was in contact with you
To your credit card was declined the last time we tried to run a couple grand yet I have a daily limit on the card that
I called my bank and 5 seconds later it cleared
To tom kept coming up with new repairs to be done to the car
that's funny cuz u all kept telling me 1 repair the time and I had a list when I came in the first time
there is a few more
then when I try to get my car in for service again in december seventh or ninth I haven't got a reply back from mac
so I sent him another text on the 17th then I get a reply back from him saying you no longer works for the company
ven I schedule an online service thing and clearly stating that but my mom is going in for major surgery and when I
got there and talk to the guy mark bigs I told him very clearly I have to go from surgery and everything today too I
told him then it was in the brakes if I think of something else then expect you guys to take your normal week or 2 to
get on my car you guys call me back 545 that day
with the repair estimate that's not even for what I Asked 4
then at 745 am the next day I got email to call you guys back asap kinda rude
at noon that day is when I see the messages because like I said I'm dealing with my mom's surgery and everything
else
ven at 233 o'clock I get an email saying the car is no longer loaner vehicle it's no rental vehicle at 65 dollars a day
wtf 8 business hours had passed that's it and are already on my case on my case
they can take weeks to get something done and they want me to jump when I'm dealing with this in my moms
medical they can get #### bent...
dude that is so insulting disrespectful outright rude I could go on
and then when I tell frankie eskridge i about cried over this disrespect
he had the balls to say you didn't cry did you

he should of said hey tom okay let me hear why you're so upset why you think ive been disrespected what is going
on from day 1 2 now I really wanna know why you feel upset
but now he acted like a little #### about me crying over what I felt really deeply about being disrespected by a
brand you love lexus
and let's not forget the fact I tried to buy a brand new for rx 450 hybrid from you guys and I offered you cash in june
or july n I got ignored what am I supposed to think about that
I think frank just got money coming in hand over fist and I think the just gonna get more more money in the pocket
today
undefined with the crappy management in the service apartment which I know is that because you and mac people
basically said it
and the fact that mac quit the service department in came back to a different department
man I've not heard back from you guys about the car wash thing in that's why I'm upset again today and why I'm
going off
lack of communication almost a Lie to me
I'll take what I say insultingly I just want it all very clear because I guess don't know what is going on
you know it's really seems like they do not want my business unless I shove my face in their face
I'm sorry I'm just pissed off feel about the highlander rebecca going to call me and tell me the motors no longer loner
you had my neighbor's car pkr 2 weeks you have my car for several weeks at a time you know before you guys
even started anything
nn be a tell me of a voters no longer a loner man how would you feel if you were in my position
I think you just as upset if not more upset frank really needs to learn that there's something wrong with a dealership
at its courtney needs to be fixed
I talked to several customers will not complain against that's good because the concerned that I do complain they
won't be a look at the car serviced anymore that's what I've heard has elite of Lexus
they have said ask rich is the only dealership here if I create waves I'm screwed
that is not how customer should feel however I don't care if I eskridge dont want me to come back ever again I'll just
know that it's not because I complained about service but the lack of respect for the customer I do hope we can
resolve it and we can start forward if I do need my car service in I don't want to turn away from a brand I love
because I'm being disrespected
I look out for the customers well being in the customer's interest that's all I care about in my company and anyone
elses company I don't care if I offended company in stating the truth because the truth is the only thing that can help
you out
I do hope we can work this out of this has to be corrected I get to get an apology from this place
that's only a start
that frank eskridge never apologized once for the disrespect I got from that place even after being explained over
and over again
give you an idea how much I'm out for the greater good of everybody else
I was driving on I 235 north
when a car decided to do a you turn on the highway and go back in the wrong direction on the highway
im so we decided that car needed to be stopped weather I had to use a head on collision to stop it or hopefully they
would stop
as they were going about 20 miles per hour speeding up when I saw them coming back in my direction
I figured I better stop them hitting them at going 20 30 miles per hour before they hit somebody when they're going
70
I didn't know they were drunk I did know what they were doing
but I know if I can stop something bad for me opening by putting my life on the line and I'll do it every single time and
I'll do it for a smaller cause the net every single time im off the customers best interest which is what lexus really
wants
you can find it at youtube.com and I'll send you a link of the video up of that
man I'm a picky customer I'm a very slippery slope 1 or honest in righteous with me mill have no problems you start
lying fibbing exaggerating to me when we have real problems
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nvbacja-S98&feature=youtube_gdata_player
I will be coming by today in dropping off a bunch of paperwork for you guys can see the cut engagement gone back

That Last email is gibberish I have edited and sent again to them. Not that they have replied to me at all since I picked up my car And several Texts and emails and nothing.

Side note take a read at this. This is a MUST READ for any lexus dealership (as lexus prides itself on following
There Customer Service)
http://www.xavier.edu/xlc/about/Customer-Service-A-Culture,-Not-a-Department.cfm
Please Read every thing i send over including the past stuff.
Greetings Guys.
the email below was sent on friday.i used speech to text so im editing it below so it makes more sense.
IE below is EDITED Version In English not Jibrish. IE dont bother reading fridays if you where off (i hope yall where
off since i didnt hear back from you or mack from the texts to emials.
LMFAO it got it all wacked..
(also this email and fridays email is not in the packet i sent over. Please dale print out 3 copies of this email and
fridays and place them with the packet in the back. (macks, franks, your packets) fridays email then this one as the
last pages.
I will be updated the packets and say where the sheets go so its better to keep it in order from start.
(the other additions will be page 1. (a detailed list of whats happened from day one)
aswell as a few other things not in there now proving my case of disrespect. (i know we talked but man they lied
again to me and it needs to be corrected. (why do i feel like i want eskridge lexus to succeed more than the owner
IE Carring about the brand and servicing the customers that own the old cars (the ones that make a brand what it is
by having them on the road and being serviced by the Dealer)(
hey boys can you guys reply back to me about the car wash, will they admit they did not do it.
my problem is not affected did not wash the car again
but rather then I was lied to yet again.Yes that is a lie no mater how small or big and its happened more than once.
and ignoring me.IE NOT REPLYING>
I'm giving them a chance to admit they didn't.
I think I'll bring the car and you can see it .. Man i got so sick i didnt go any where not even to my visit my mom in
the hospital on fridaay nor did i go out for new years as my Ulcerative Colitis was acting up (from how mad and
stressed i am Over this whole thing)
the car was not washed the bird #### still there from weeks ago
Pics i can send you there online.
I'm so sick of being lied to, ignored, minimized, etc. the list goes on.
and i had to defend myself when i was in the right over and over again, only to hear yet a new excuse
you haven't lied to me
I don't think mack is lying to me I hope not
but I don't know what is going on
I'm not gonna flash money or flash other crap to get you know stuff done right just should be done right in the start.
do it right first time.

I don't have time to be doing with this kinda felt insulted and disrespected but eskridge lexus
as a lexus dealer this is unacceptable behavior
Side note the ball joint recomended to be replaced and the clank noise etc that was recommended 5 years ago to
the old owner. its same noise i gots. and it so feels like the wheel is going to fall off (IE not from brakes going dead.

the busines structure he has because he doesnt see the problem nor does he relize he can make more profit if he
does the right thing and be what lexus expects. (that goes to the high parts prices. They charge allot get a few sales
thinks its good money doesnt relize that most customers walk away and thats why they dont have lexus service
there cars. or finds another dealer.
in my opinion he is unaware of the crappy management in the service department which I know is fact because you

Thomas,
Don't be upset about the delay on response. Mack's email no longer exists, and I have been out since Thursday.
The vehicle you built will list for around $57082 with the extra adds. We can offer you a $3000 discount on a 2011
model, as we have no 2010's left.
Thanks,
Dale Fieker; Business Development Manager

Greetings Dale,
Thanks for the reply. Take this with a grain of salt.
to be honest the reply does not subdue the upsetness, etc i feel from and now towards Lexus.
Honestly i didn't expect a reply back on this before hearing back on the other emails (more important issues)
I do find it odd i don't get any reply until i inform y'all I'm going to japan on this and then a reply on about trying to sell
me a car before we fix any thing else.
Ya i dunno if macks email addy is good but to be honest i text him so there's no excuse for not answering me about
the car wash thing. its like no one will even still admit they lied or in the wrong.
as far as buying a new RX at this point i feel like I'm in a Marriage and to keep the marriage going id have to drop
$50,000 on a car.
Not going to happen right now. (honestly I'm about ready to end my relationship and love i have for the Lexus Brand,
really i feel how you would feel if you came home to find your spouse with another person in the bedroom and they
say wait or just ignore me the way eskridge has me.
Lets sit down sometime but honestly I'm still sending the packet to Japan, and hoping they get involved.
Including all emails including this one.
Br.
Tom

After getting that voicemail and replying back to dale I decided it was best to call him.

*(my thoughts but didn’t say are in < > )

My Call with Dale.01 05 2011 at 10:24am

Dale- I was told this morning that mr boles has blocked you from having a service loaner due to exes miles and keeping the last one too long.

And I don’t know what all has transpired between you and him so I cant get into the middle of ….. its his dept.  its his dept.

Me-Ya well That’s kinda funny though, that the milalge is now brought up after I brought it up but we already discussed this whole thing about keeping the loaner car last time to long, I mean now really it seems like to me is because I whent and complained they don’t want to serv my car any more or give me loaner.

And I didn’t complain about the serv performed saying oh you didn’t do this right I want my 2,4 thousand dollars back

I complained that I was getting about lack of getting customer service and now this is what happens you know if

Dale- well I don’t know the whole story tom.. how long was it in the last time and what was being done to it.?

Me- uh,, ok,,, you remember we have talked already and I explained the whole story to you. And when I first got the car and first brought it in I  (stoped by dale)

Dale- no no not when you first had this last time..

Me-Oh hu uh..

Dale- you where having them inspect it for something. Ball joints or something…

Me- Ya…I did I had inspected for ball joints I I uhm you guys had the car for a total of a what was it 2.5 days or something like that I forget exactly what day I called up….uh.. to get it in but.. when I had it I asked for it for one extra day.. uhm.. I actually got approval from mack and frank cause I asked them both “Im keeping the car for one extra day, you guys cool with that? They said YES.. so I was dealing with you guys,

I have never delt with wess other than the fact when I first whent In there and said to him uhm or when when they said I couldn’t have a loaner car last time. I u know

We whent strate from mack to frank eskridge at the time I didn’t know he was frank e.

And you know I walked outa there with the loaner

Came back a few months later with uh a door lock problem got in no problem, no problem getting a loaner. (600 Buck repair Just letting readers know the repair)

This last time got in no problem no prob get loaner.. (ball joint issue) that was last week.

When you guys clearly knew my mom had surgery.

The short version is.

When they called me and told me on the voicemail (same day as call IE reason I called, tom you didn’t ask for a loaner when it clearly stated in my request I did and then say they don’t have any loaner vehicles and then go on when I call u back. And Find out when I call u back find out cause its speech to text I didn’t listen to the voicemail other wise I would have known it was this dallas girl not dale, I thought it was you it was a typo on the voicemail speech to text. So I email you back and say dale I did ask for a loaner car, explain to me whats going on

So again why you know I have never gotten an honest reason why I couldn’t have a loaner car last time they came up with BS exuses and then finaly you know blah blah the milage thing no one even remembered how many miles I put on it .. go find that car that I put 6k miles on it cause it wasn’t one vehicle (note to reader this was first time brought it in I put some miles on it..) they never made one complaint then so how they going to complain now….i gave them that argument (note to reader I gave them them it last week)

I mean

Dale- Ok let me ask you a question.

This last time you had your vehicle in did you have any work done?

Me-No I did not, because

Dale- so you had service loaner for 2.5 days and didn’t have any work done at all.

Me- Right because when I brought it in clearly stated I thought it was the ball joints and everything not the brakes I already told mack I already have this you know im going to do you that’s easy im going to do that when the weather gets nice but when I brought it in I said the same thing again the service guy didn’t even listen. So mack and frank ok tom you take the car home you do the brakes on then bring it back and well figure out where this clunck, uh the alignment getting out a wack again..

So I mean

Dale- they couldn’t find any reference or correction on the alighment

Me-they corrected the alighment  uhm.. I had the alignment done whenever it was about a year ago they corrected it it still within warranty I guess. But they corrected it and cause my tires .if you actually read that whole website youll see exactly what im saying cause. At this point im having a problem keeping it all in track but uhm no

Last time I did not have any service done (above)  but it wasn’t because of any thing on my side I still wanted you guys to find out where the clunk from you guys didn’t want to go any further on the car until the brakes where done for that purpose to try to find out where the shake and clunks where the stuff stuff I told you last time and when I saw you uhm that you know it feels like the the ball joints are falling off cause if you go over a bump you feel it shift like it hops over to the left or right a bit like as a whole not like as you know what I mean..

Dale-.. let me ask you a question..

What where you putting your car in the shop for today..

Me- uhm its well I said It in the email..

And u know its either ps pump or pulley ..

Dale- ya.. Thomas your getting ready to your at the age of that particular vechile and that car is going to thousand dollar you to death.

Me- I Don’t care.

Theres I mean the cars not I mean no offence to any one but that’s what wess said last time he said…. Well from what I got from mack is..

“Uhm.. this is what wess told me that uhm your aproching your retail value of your car.”

And I said with all respect but to everybody it doesn’t matter what I spend my money on.. if I wanna spend my money on.. if I want to put 10 grand you know

I bought the car car for $1,200 ive put $4,000 into it if put another $6,000 into its going to be better than a brand new huandaie you know I mean that’s fact theres no denying it..

I mean its and eventually it wont I mean this kinda of a

In my opinion it wont nickle and dime me to death or thousand me to death because theres not that much left to go wrong on the car and you know uh.. after I mean all I have left in reality if i want to go and replace every thing on that car suspensionwise balljoint wise im only looking at a couple more grand that’s it in reality you and maybe another one thousand dollars on underhood stuff.

It has no uh.. it doesn’t.. not only that its still cheaper if I go buy a new lexus so you know

Dale- ur right tom heres my sudjestion if you want to bring it inot the shop.. you can bring it in the shop and they can find out whats makin the fan belt or the power surge or hmm power dam water pump or power steering pump is going out.. but I cant overided wes its his loaner cars I have no control keys hes not gonna give you one..

Me- I came in and told him that I scratched up the bumper a little bit cause its cause it’s a low line car and I was going into the vet place that I go in all the time.. cause my cat needs asthma stuff and I have never hit a bumper before uhmm
So uhm I told them that I told him that uhm I put down the nav screen as it was coming up..  and it popped it.. and I told him I burnt a lttle part of the seat flap ..

Frank said no loaner car. .thats all I can do..

Me- do they not want my business.

Dale- I don’t think it’s a matter of wanting your business. As a matter not wanting the headaches…

Me- what… headaches are only there because them.. if you actually sit down and read this…

Dale- Thomas this is a two way street..
You have been part of the problem.. and not always part of the solution

Me- well can we

Dale- garbled but same thing I think..

Me- can we all take a little bit of responsibility  then..

Dale- we should..

Me- I have taken responsibility. I have said what I done wrong..
And I have admiited to it.. I have taken financial responiblilty for it..
You guys are the ones that came back to me and said you don’t owe us any thing for that car we took care of it..
And I told them flat out if you want…. And as told mack..

Dale-is your car down In service now..

Me- yes it is..

Me- Right..

I do appreciate you dale I do..

Dale- can you give us one hour

Me- for what..

Dale- to diagnose it and make sure what parts we need to get. Because we cant just blanket and im not going to put you in loaner car until we know the exact problem..

Me- ya (I expain the issue a bit. )

Dale- you ok with that..

Me-of course
But is broken..

Dale- but there is a half a dozen parts we need to look at..

Misculaniouse chating. Not relevant..

Me- I love lexus.

Dale- I know you do..

Me- I respect I lexus.. I give them respect.
I have washed every single car..i bring it back with more 91 gas than when I get it..

Dale- you don’t have to do that.

Me- it doesn’t mater, it doesn’t matter what I have to do.. it’s a matter of….

Dale- let me put it to you a different way.. you don’t need to do it..

Me- its out of respect..

On to new topic..

Me- I don’t like everybody.. like

Dale- I understand..

Me- for me to say I like mack that’s allot like hate everyone in the world ..
Some of my mfr reps are a$$h-les.. I tell them that..

Me- I spent 5 grand I was here I don’t give a shit if I spend 20 grand on the ls400

Dale- all I want is your money and loyalty.. relax watch tv..
Would u like water.

Me-  ya but warm..

Now im waiting for them to diag my car..
So I give my mom a ring who I was supposed to take to the Drs office to get the stapels removed. I thought that was bunk that they wouldn’t give me a loaner car epsecialy since again they knew I had to drive my mom around (last week I had taken her in for surgery and a mess started etc. detailed above. )
She was upset cause she couldn’t get to dr cause esridge (wes, frank wanted to show me they where in charge and they did it by pulling a laoner from my (I cant be down a car. Espeacly over bs. Cause they don’t want to give me a loaner. WHY AGAIN> never did quite figure that out..
I was telling my mom I wanted to just crush the lexus and go buy a Mercedes at least I knew Id get crapy service but still be in a safe car..
Someone told dale I was talking and swore a few times (sales guys) and he talked to me about it. I stayed away from customers so they would not be offended by me.

So dale came up to me and asked me.

Dale- what where you saying up here.

Me- said I made few lottery comments to sales guys.. and said what I said.
The sales guys said if I won the lottery I wouldn’t be asking fro discounts..
I said youd be surpised how cheap youd be.

Dale- who where you on the fone a while ago that you where saying. .

Me- My mom, heres the thing she supposed to get her staples out today.. and shes upset at me. So we where like we will just go and buy a new benze.
I didn’t say anything infront of a customer..

Dale- I understand, play nice with others.

Me- im not sayin notin.. are they watchen me man..

Dale- The walls have ears dood. ..
When u use prophanity in a place like this yes I hear bout it.

Note no one but sales guys heard….

Side note.. I was watched like a hawk when I was detailing the LS on the floor. If they not gonna keep it clean I will..
The front grill looked like it had just followed a salt truck.

Im tired of transcribing this.. and the rest is just irelevent to this whole mess.
and how much I love lexus etc..

So a bit later I talk to dale and then my car is done.. quoted 300 paid 260 something. And guess what mom didn’t get to the DR so now either we go to er for staples to be taken out or wait a week for dr to be in office again> WHY LEXUS> They could have offerd to pick her up at home and bring her to dr. if they didn’t want me in loaner. I would have taekner her out there if I wasn’t worried car would die. And as they said pully was frozen thus causing powersteering to not get presureized.. etc..

I say next time am I going to have to go threw this mess. Again.. and dale said you have to earn the loaner back again.

Dale I think is trying but limited by the management structure. I hope he is in it for me and the customers.
I got out of there around 5 abouts.
If I wanted to be without a loaner I could go to another shop..

Side note.
I flat out ask whats the deal with frank and the company and its not an answer im going to share but if I where lexus japan id do some talking to frank to fix it however they see fit.

I talked to Lexus Corpo

What do Really want out of this mess.
RESPECT> an apology and a loaded 2011 RX40H at no cost as a Honorable Im sorry from Lexus for the treatment. (ya I doubt they will honor the RX450H but asking shows how insulted I am!!!!

Looking back its foolish but Id do it again,
I saw A car make a U-turn on the HWY and decided to stop it Even if it required head on collision

Actually shows how much I trust my LS400
I was willing to hit head on to stop that car from going over the hill/bend and hitting someone that is going 70MPH.
